My experience with Progressive has been wonderful. My agent, Patrick Bickel, goes above and beyond. He is willing to meet me outside of his work time since my work schedule is so inflexible. He was very helpful when I had a crack in my windshield. The windshield claim was quick and easy thanks to Patrick, the Progressive rep and the nice man who came to my work to fix my windshield.
